- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders through project updates, and collaborative platforms to ensure alignment and transparency.
Closeout
- Prepare and distribute final project reports to key stakeholders, including a summary of accomplishments, lessons learned, and any areas for future improvement.
- Conduct a post-project review with the team to identify what worked well and what could be improved in future projects.
- Close the project formally, ensuring that all deliverables have been completed, stakeholders are satisfied, and the project is officially closed.
