Founder & CEO
With 35 years of experience in the industry and project control systems, and 25 years of leadership in new product development, Neeraj brings a wealth of expertise to Frontrol. An MBA graduate, he combines strategic vision with a deep understanding of industry challenges faced in complex project environments (for AEC/EPC, ETO/ATO, Professional Services and Government Contracting firms), driving Frontrol’s mission to innovate and simplify project execution.
Suresh Padmanabhan
Founder & Chief Product Officer
With 28 years of experience across industries like Engineering & Construction, Telecom, Oil & Gas, and Professional Services, Suresh has spent 18 years leading product management and development. Holding an MBA from Cornell, he drives the strategic direction and evolution of Frontrol’s platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our clients.
Arindam Mukherjee
Founder & CTO
With 30 years of experience spanning both startups and large enterprises, Arindam has spent 10 years in Oracle development leadership. A Wharton MBA graduate, he leverages his deep technical expertise and strategic vision to lead Frontrol’s technology initiatives, ensuring seamless integrations and scalable solutions for our clients.
Ben Heys
VP, Business Development
With over 35 years of experience in the Engineering and Construction industry, Ben Heys has delivered major civil infrastructure programs across multiple continents, including highways, railways, buildings, and tunnels. He has led enterprise project and program management system implementations at scale, driving measurable impact for tens of thousands of users globally. Ben currently leads Frontrols sales and services teams, combining deep domain expertise with a commitment to client success.

With 34 years of experience across product development and consulting services at global firms Prasanna provided project centric solutions across various domains like Engineering & Construction, Telecom, Life science, Retail and professional services.
