  • Assign Resources to Project and Tasks
  • Develop Detailed budget based on approved estimate
    • By Task, Budget Categories, Time-Phased using Spread Curves
  • Setup Contract and Contract Lines
  • Submit for execution approval
  • Integrate to ERP – Send Project/Budget/Contract info
