Activity Management and Progress Tracking
- PACE generates activities for all resource assignments – to tasks, deliverables, changes and risks
- PM releases the activities for execution based on the phase of work
- Release activities are visible to each assigned team ember in their launchpads
- Team members can see upcoming, overdue and completed activities
- They work on the assigned activities and can directly progress the activities from the launchpad – Hours worked, ETC and Percent Complete.
- Team members can also review the activity objects – deliverables, changes, risks, etc.
- Finally, team members can review a report of their periodic work based on activity progress entered and use this info to submit timecards.
- PMs can gather progress with a single click from team member submissions and progress method on the tasks
