- Expand initial WBS to plan your project
- Add dates and Dependencies to drive project & Task schedule
- Assign resources to project & tasks
- Establish schedule baseline
- Alternatively, import WBS and Schedule from external system
Deliverable Management and Progress Tracking
- Setup Progress methods on tasks to automate progress collection
- Deliverables may be Scope deliverables or phase gates
- Scope Deliverables are the output of work performed for a project
- Phase Deliverables act as a phase gate and ensure completion of gating elements to progress a project the next phase
- All Deliverables may be subdivided into elements
- Scope deliverable elements can be Documents, Drawings or Review types
- Review type allows for a review of the deliverable
- Phase deliverable elements can have an additional type of budget
- Budget Type allows for user to specify a budget/version to be used for the next phase of work
- Review type elements are used to complete review of current phase items to enable progression to the next phase of the project.
